This top ranking, for the third consecutive year, was done by NGO Advisor, an independent media organisation based in Geneva. We act as a catalyst, creating opportunities for people living in poverty to realise their potential. It specialises in piloting, perfecting and scaling innovation to impact the lives of millions. BRAC was born in Bangladesh, is almost completely self-sustainable through their own network of social enterprises and investments, and operate in 11 countries across Asia and Africa.
