The Green Movement of Sri Lanka (GMSL) is an organisation concerned with Environmental Conservation, Awareness Creation and Sustainable Development. It is a consortium of 153 non-governmental organizations, community-based organizations and other groups as members across the island. . The Green Movement is also part of various international networks including the Asia Pacific Research Network, the Reality of Aid Network, and the Asia Pacific Network on Food Sovereignty.

Focus Areas:

These member organizations are involved in many fields including Natural Resource Management, Environmental onservation, Consumer Protection, Community Development, Human Rights, Youth and Women’s Empowerment and Sustainable Agriculture.
