Join us for an insightful online webinar series aimed at equipping civil society in advancing ambitious climate action through the Paris Ambition Cycle, by influencing the upcoming submission process and implementation of the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), that is, the national climate commitments. This 5-webinar series is part of the CIDSE NDC Transparency Initiative (CIDSE, Misereor, Fastenaktion, BUND) in collaboration with CANSA, Caritas Internationalis and Alliance2015. We will explore how we can strengthen national engagement and advocacy to drive greater transparency, ambition and accountability in the implementation of the NDCs.
This series is designed to create a platform for mutual learning, exchange of experiences, and to clarify civil society’s role in advocating for stronger climate action. Together, we’ll address common challenges and explore how to improve NDC clarity and transparency in alignment with COP28 and the Global Stocktake (GST) outcomes.
Civil society organizations, climate advocates, policymakers, and anyone interested in advancing climate ambition and ensuring transparent, evidence-based climate policies.
