Palash Das is an experienced leader in climate finance, inclusive growth, and sustainable development, with over two decades of work with the United Nations, international NGOs, and global advisory platforms. He has served as Director of BRAC’s Graduation Programme, Assistant Country Director at UNDP, and Country Director of Christian Aid Bangladesh, and in a senior South Asia role at Oxfam promoting economic justice, gender inclusion, and labour market resilience. He bridges the gap between climate finance frameworks and community-led action worldwide.
