The policy brief is the result of the Panel Discussion on Knowledge Management and Regional Cooperation Potential in South Asia held at Kathmandu Nepal, organised by CANSA.

The document proposes regional actions to address climate change in South Asia. It proposes regional coordination and cooperation are imperative for an increased understanding of the nature of climate challenges and for the formulation of joint approaches to address them effectively.
